Return & Exchange Policy
At OkOK, we cherish our planet and take recycling seriously. We limit our garment production to protect the Earth we all share, committing ourselves to the use of the best materials and minimalist design. We aim not to create hundreds of garments that could end up polluting our oceans but instead create unique, enduring art pieces that embody family and love values.
Given the unique nature and limited quantities of our products, we do not offer returns. However, we understand that sometimes an exchange may be necessary, and we are here to facilitate this process.
Here are our exchange guidelines:
Exchange Period: Exchanges can be made within 14 days of the delivery date.
Item Condition: The item should be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it, including all original tags and packaging.
Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all exchanges.
Process: To initiate an exchange, please email us at exchange@okokclothing.com with your order number and the details of the item you wish to exchange. We will respond promptly with instructions on how to proceed.
Shipping: You will bear the shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. When returning an item for exchange, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We are dedicated to providing high-quality, unique products. If your new item does not fit as expected or there is a different issue, we are eager to work with you to find a suitable exchange. We appreciate your understanding and support of our non-profit mission and the unique nature of our product offerings.
Please note that items purchased during special sales, promotions, or with discount codes are considered final sale and are not eligible for exchanges.
